I have not received my confirmation email yet.

Firstly, you may want to check your spam folder. If there is no confirmation email in your spam folder then contact us here and we will send the email to you again.

I did not receive my order tracking number.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that afternoon. For orders placed outside of these times, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent on the next business day. If you still have not received your tracking number then contact us here and we will send it to you again.

The discount on offers was not applied at the checkout.

In occasional instances the multi-buy discounts may not get applied at the checkout. This usually happens where a user has an old or unsupported OS or Web Browser installed on their PC/Device. If this occurs please update your browser to the most recent version available. Where possible we recommend using Google Chrome. You can contact us and we will refund you the discount you should have received at checkout. 

 

 

Delivery FAQ’s

My delivery hasn’t arrived yet. What Do I do?

  1. Visit www.fastway.ie and enter the tracking number you received from us via email to see your current parcel delivery status.

Or

  1. Visit www.fastway.ie/contact-us to locate your nearest depot. You can phone them and quote your tracking number that you received from us via email. They will then be able to update you on your current parcel delivery status.

I have special delivery instructions. What do I do?

There is a “Special Delivery Instructions” section you can fill out when completing your order at the checkout. You can fill in any specific information that you feel our delivery partner may need to get your parcel to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Special instructions may include:

  • Guidance for the driver if your home is hard to find
  • Where to leave a delivery if you are not home

I won’t be home to accept a delivery. What do I do?

You can find the contact details for your local Fastway deport at                    https://www.fastway.ie/contact-us to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.

Fastway drivers will usually phone you if there is no answer at your home. If you can take their call, then they can discuss alternative arrangements with you. If you cannot answer or you miss their call, they will make another delivery attempt on the following business day.  

I missed the delivery. What do I do?

If the Fastway driver cannot complete the delivery and cannot reach you by phone to make an alternative arrangement, then they will make another delivery attempt on the following business day. If you would like to contact Fastway to make an alternative delivery arrangement then you can find the contact details for your local depot at https://www.fastway.ie/contact-us

There was a mistake with the items in my delivery. What do I do?

Sometimes we do make mistakes! If there is an error with the items in your order then contact us here and we will rectify the problem immediately.
