I have not received my confirmation email yet.

Firstly, you may want to check your spam folder. If there is no confirmation email in your spam folder then contact us here and we will send the email to you again.

I did not receive my order tracking number.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that afternoon. For orders placed outside of these times, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent on the next business day. If you still have not received your tracking number then contact us here and we will send it to you again.

 

 

Delivery FAQ’s

My delivery hasn’t arrived yet. What Do I do?

  1. Visit www.fastway.ie and enter the tracking number you received from us via email to see your current parcel delivery status.

2. Visit www.fastway.ie and select the "Support" icon. You can then input your details and their support desk will be able to update you on your current parcel delivery status.

** If you have followed the above steps and you have not received a sufficient outcome then please contact us here and we will be happy to help.

I have special delivery instructions. What do I do?

Once you place your order with us you will then receive a confirmation email. You can now reply to this email with any specific information that you feel our delivery partner may need to get your parcel to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Special instructions may include:

  • Guidance for the driver if your home is hard to find
  • Where to leave a delivery if you are not home.

I won’t be home to accept a delivery. What do I do?

Fastway drivers will usually phone you if there is no answer at your home. If you can take their call, then they can discuss alternative arrangements with you. If you cannot answer or you miss their call, they will make another delivery attempt on the following business day.  

Alternatively you can visit www.fastway.ie and select the "Support" icon. You can then input your details and their support desk will be able to liaise with you and make alternative delivery arrangements.

I missed the delivery. What do I do?

If the Fastway driver cannot complete the delivery and cannot reach you by phone to make an alternative arrangement, then they will make another delivery attempt on the following business day.

There was a mistake with the items in my delivery. What do I do?

Sometimes we do make mistakes! If there is an error with the items in your order then contact us here and we will rectify the problem immediately.
